A MAN has admitted a charge of outraging public decency following an incident in woods.
Darren Wilcock, of Powell Road, Buckley, appeared before Flintshire Magistrates Court at Mold and pleaded guilty to the charge following an incident at Penymynydd Woods in November 20.
Robert Blakemore, prosecuting, said a male and female PCSO were on duty when they saw Wilcock exposing himself.
Magistrates bailed him pending a pre-sentence report.
He is not to go within one mile of the woods.
Wilcock, 44, is to live at his home address where he must observe an overnight curfew.
