Drugs raids by police in Denbighshire have led to the arrests of three men.
Four properties were raided by officers in Rhyl and Prestatyn this morning as part of a crackdown on drugs in the area.
Sergeant Mark Jones of the Prestatyn Neighbourgood Police Team said: “These warrants were executed under the Misuse of Drugs Act and three men - a 44-year-old, a 29-year-old and a 28-year-old - were all arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
“They are currently at a local custody suite where they are awaiting questioning.”
Property was seized at an address and police inquiries are continuing.
Sergeant Kalum Davies said: “Illegal drugs are clearly a cause of concern among members of the local community, and we would like to reassure residents that we will act on information and take positive action.
“We urge anyone with information relating to illegal activity, including the supply of controlled drugs, to contact us on 101 or via our live web chat facility.
“Otherwise, people can contact the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
