A 65-year-old has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Connah’s Quay.
North Wales Police were called to Pen Y Llan at 12.50pm yesterday after a man in his 50s suffered a stab wound.
Paramedics attended the scene and the man was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
A 65-year-old man has been arrested and is currently being questioned by detectives in relation to the incident.
A North Wales Police spokesman said: “We were called at 12.50pm yesterday to Pen Y Llan in Connah’s Quay after a man in his 50s suffered a non-life-threatening stab wound.
“A 65-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently being questioned by police. He remains in police custody.”
