The attack happened at Dynevor Car Sales in Nelson at around 9.10pm on Monday, and officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
Police say they are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have seen two people in a Silver pickup truck - possibly a Mitsibushi L200 - driving in the area at the time.

A spokesman for Gwent Police said: "Gwent Police are appealing for information after a report of criminal damage to 10 vehicles parked on the forecourt of Dynevor Car Sales on Dynevor Terrace in Nelson at around 9.10pm on Monday.
"Damage is believed to have been caused by paint stripper and by slashing the tyres on the vehicles with a knife, the estimated cost of the damage is approximately £10,000."
"If anyone has any information regarding this, or if they have noticed anything suspicious, please call police."
