Police are appealing for information after a man was attacked in Wrexham.
The incident took place at around 4.15am on Saturday when a man was confronted by two other men, who got out of a small dark coloured car on Gatewen Road near the junction with Dale Road.
The victim sustained injuries during the incident but these are not thought to be serious.
The two suspects then returned to the vehicle and drove away.
Inspector Chris Griffiths, force incident officer for North Wales Police, said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
“Anyone with any information can contact North Wales Police on 101, quoting reference number RC15189441 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
