A man has been accused of masturbating in a car after allegedly being caught on a petrol station forecourt.
Gwent Police are investigating two incidents in Blackwood which took place at 11.35pm and 11.56pm on Sunday.
The alleged offences are believed to have taken place in Commercial Street, Pengam, and the forecourt of Blackwood Service Station, in Blackwood High Street.
An investigation was launched with assistance from police helicopters and a dog unit, leading to the arrests of a 26-year-old and 34-year-old man.
