A 34-year-old man was arrested and bailed following the operation at a property in Amlwch
A "large amount" of cannabis and cash were seized following a drugs raid on Anglesey.
The operation took place at a property in Amlwch yesterday and DCI Chris Renshaw said a 34-year-old local man had been arrested in connection with the supply of controlled drugs and money laundering.
The man was later released on bail as detectives continue their investigations.
DCI Renshaw said the raid was “another example of North Wales Police making a positive impact on communities” and yesterday’s action was just the start and more are planned.
He added: “Possession and distribution of controlled drugs will not be tolerated in our communities and we will continue to take positive, robust action.
“It is vitally important we listen to concerns from our communities and where necessary take proportionate and positive action. It was clear from the local response yesterday’s operation was very well received.
“In line with the force’s Operation Scorpion we are fully committed to the investigation of serious and organised crime and eradicating it from our communities and I’d reiterate that anyone with information regarding the production and supply of controlled drugs or anyone they believe is involved in organised crime contact North Wales Police.”
