Police are appealing for help to identify a man caught on CCTV in Swansea city centre
POLICE investigating the break-in of a car in Swansea city centre and attempts to enter a number of other vehicles have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace.
The incidents happened in and around Northampton Lane, next to The Kingsway, on Thursday, February 23.


Police say one vehicle was broken into and an attempt was made to take items from inside.
Officers are appealing for anyone who can help to identify the man in the image to come forward.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "At approximately 10.30am on February 23 a man has broken into a vehicle on Northampton lane, Swansea, and attempted to steal items from inside. Attempts were also made to enter other vehicles parked in the area.
"Police would like to speak to the individual in the CCTV image about a vehicle offence which he may be able to assist officers with.
"If you have any information please contact police."
