A teenager has been charged with producing a class B drug in connection with an incident which saw police discover 100 cannabis plants.
Dyfed-Powys Police executed a search warrant at an address in the Llanelli area, on February 1.
The 15-year-old remains in police custody.
PC Tom Grace said: “We are urging current and prospective landlords or letting agents to remain vigilant when letting out premises.
Public urged to be aware
“We also invite information from members of the public that may assist in the detection of drug activity.
“Suspicious activity could range from exterior utility meters being tampered with, people coming and going from the address, and curtains and blinds being kept closed.
“The use of lighting being left on constantly and extractor fans being used during unsocial hours is also an identifying feature.”
Anyone with information about the general production, use or supply of drugs is urged to contact police by calling 101.
