POLICE investigating the theft of a purse from a Swansea pub have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace.
Officers say the man in the photo may be able to help them about an incident in the Potters Wheel pub on the Kingsway.
The theft happened around 7.25pm on Friday, January 20.
Police are appealing for anyone who can help to identify the man caught on camera to come forward.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "Police are appealing for information following the theft of a purse in The Potters Wheel pub, Swansea.
"Police believe the male in the CCTV may be able to assist with their enquiries. The man was wearing a hat, dark gilet and long sleeve grey top underneath.
"If you have any information please call police."
