A man has appeared in court charged with possession of a double-barrelled shotgun, an electrical discharge weapon and drugs.
Mark Ashley Hughes, of Bistre Avenue, Buckley, appeared on crutches at Wrexham magistrates court to face four charges.
The 33-year-old is accused of being in possession of a 12-bore double-barrelled shotgun, a weapon which discharged electricity, and quantities of cocaine and cannabis.
All the offences were alleged to have occurred at a property on Fraser Drive in Buckley on July 31, 2016.
Hughes, who was dressed in a grey tracksuit, confirmed his name, age and address to magistrates.
Following a short hearing lasting about five minutes, they sent the case to be heard at Mold Crown Court on Friday, March 24.
No pleas were entered.
