Six teenagers have been taken to hospital following an early-morning collision in Wrexham with two of the injured said to be in a “critical” condition.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Llay New Road in Rhosrobin near Wrexham at around 2.36am on Saturday.
The single-vehicle collision involved a Vauxhall Corsa.
A spokeswoman for North Wales Fire and Rescue confirmed the people travelling in the car, all male and aged 18 and 19, had been taken to hospital.
She said: “Two have been taken to Stoke hospital and are in a critical condition, two are in Wrexham Maelor Hospital, and two have been taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital.
“Three were trapped and had to be released from the car.”
