A man has died following a fire at a house in Cardiff in the early hours of Sunday morning, South Wales Police have confirmed.
Police were called to Llanrumney Avenue in Cardiff at 4.30am following reports of a house fire.
A man was found dead in the house and an investigation into the incident is continuing.
His death is being treated as suspicious and a 27-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
A cordon is in place and officers remain at the scene.
Police are appealing to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the Llanrumney Avenue area is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting occurrence number 010078.
