A Bangor woman was arrested on suspicion of money laundering after police executed a warrant.
Police seized a substantial quantity of money during the search of address in the Tan Y Bryn area of Maesgeirchen resulting in a 53-year old being arrested for money laundering. The woman has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
DS Andy Davies from the Priority Crime Team said: "This was an intelligence led operation and conducted as part of our on-going effort to tackle the supply of controlled drugs."
He added: "If anyone has any information about drug supply, or indeed any illegal drug use we urge them to contact North Wales Police on 101 or alternatively call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
