POLICE are looking to track down a man with 'short blonde spiky up hair' in connection with the theft of items from a vehicle in Llanelli.
Officers say at 3am on Sunday, November 13, a man was seen to enter a parked vehicle and take items from within on Upper Mill.

A spokesman said: "This male is described as white male with short blonde spiky up hair, the male was wearing a black shirt and dark trousers, he was carrying with him a white plastic carrier bag.
"This male was last seen running off up Hedley Terrace towards Felinfoel Road.
"Any witnesses or details please contact Pc 469 Owain Protheroe."
