A MAN has been arrested after police executed a drugs warrant in Holyhead.
Officers seized a quantity of cannabis plants and dried herbal cannabis and arrested a middle aged local man when they executed a Misuse Of Drugs Act search at a premises on Thursday, March 3.
Sergeant Chris Burrow said: “The warrant was executed at an address in Glan Tywyn, Holyhead where controlled drugs were recovered as well as drugs related paraphernalia.
"One local man was arrested and following interview he received an adult caution.
“We are eager to hear from anyone who has any information about the supply of controlled drugs in Anglesey.
"Information provided will enable us to effectively target those few individuals who sell drugs in our towns and cause the most harm in our communities and positive action will follow.”
