An area outside the Cross Keys pub is cordoned-off
"A 34-year-old man was taken to Morriston Hospital by ambulance where he died a short time later.
"The death is being treated as suspicious and an incident room has been set up. No weapons were used during the incident.
"An investigation into the death is continuing and a 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is in custody at Swansea Central police station.
"Next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers."
The area is currently cordoned off while scene examinations are carried out.
