Police are investigating after a 4x4 crashed through the front doors of a Marks and Spencer store full of Christmas shoppers.
A pedestrian pushing a trolley was knocked over after being hit by the vehicle
The incident happened at the Culverhouse Cross store, on the outskirts of Cardiff, at around 2.40pm on Saturday when a Mitsubishi 4x4 appeared to mount the pavement and hit the doors leading into the restaurant bar area.
Two doors were smashed at the store and the area was cordoned off for some time afterwards.
One pedestrian pushing a trolley was reportedly 'knocked over' after being hit by the vehicle but was checked at the scene and sustained no serious injuries.
South Wales Police have now launched an investigation into the incident, which happened on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.

Interesting, Alcohol?Drugs?Speeding? No excuse for this here, anyone who knows the layout of the road knows that this is a case of one of the above, driving in the normal fashion there, this would never happen, lucky that no one was killed!
