Investigations are continuing following a robbery at Webbers Bookmakers in Kinmel Bay.
The incident happened just after 7pm on Friday, November 13, when an individual who had his face covered, entered the store on Foryd Road. Once inside the offender demanded money.
A quantity of cash was handed over. The offender left the store.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
The offender is described as being around 5ft 8’ to 5ft 10’ tall, of medium athletic build. He had his face covered and was wearing a grey coloured top and dark clothing.
Detective Inspector Iwan Roberts of St Asaph CID said: “There are a number of shops along Foryd Road and it is therefore possible that people may have been in the vicinity or driving in the area prior to or just after the incident. If so, we would like to hear from those individuals and appeal to them to come forward and speak to us at St Asaph CID as they may hold information that could prove useful to the inquiry. Similarly, I appeal to anyone who saw anything suspicious to please get in touch with us.”
Investigations are continuing. House to house inquiries have been made in the vicinity and anyone who has information or who may have been in the vicinity of Foryd Road and saw anything suspicious should call officers on 101 quoting reference number RC15174553. Alternatively, individuals with information can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
