Mold,North Wales - Funeral wake in Flintshire ends in violence after husband and wife start punch-up outside pub

Timothy Davies, of Greenfield near Holywell and his wife Dawn both appeared before magistrates following the incident outside The Railway pub at near Mold

A grandad's funeral wake ended up in violence.
Timothy John Davies, 43, and his wife Dawn Davies, 40, were caught on CCTV exchanging blows outside The Railway public house at Pontybodkin near Mold.
They were seen to leave then she was seen to strike him to the back of the head and push him into some bushes.
They grabbed each other again and ended up in the bushes a second time.
Dawn Davies then returned to the pub and punched another man Derek Wilson.
She and Wilson were involved in violence when she was punched a total of 13 times.

'You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves'

Another woman intervened and all ended up on the ground.
At Flintshire magistrates’ court on Thursday the Davies’ admitted a public order offence.
Timothy Davies, of Woodland Drive in Greenfield near Holywell, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months with £85 costs, a £15 surcharge and a £150 criminal court charge.
Dawn Davies, of the same address, was placed on a three month curfew with £85 costs, a £60 surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.
Magistrates viewed the footage and told the defendants: “You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves.”
