A science teacher was accused of behaving inappropriately by showing pupils a sex education video – during a physics lesson.
Barrington Taylor, who taught at Ysgol Bryn Elian secondary school in Old Colwyn, is also alleged to have communicated with schoolchildren inappropriately by telling a joke “with sexual connotations”.
The two accusations date back between September 2011 and February 2012.
Mr Taylor’s barrister John Small said the allegations were denied and unacceptable professional conduct wasn’t accepted.
Mr Taylor’s future as a teacher is being considered by a Fitness to Practise committee of the Education Workforce Council.
