No one was hurt after staff at the Apex convenience store were threatened by three men
A man has been arrested after an attempted robbery at a shop in Kinmel Bay.
At roughly 10.20pm three men entered the Apex convenience store on Foryd Road.
According to staff one was armed with a knife and another with a crossbow.

Nobody was injured and no property was taken.
North Wales Police conducted a lengthy search of the area with the force helicopter seen hunting for the offenders.
Officers also deployed the dog unit in the search for the would-be robbers.
A man was later arrested.
Chief Inspector Paul Jones said: "We would therefore like to thank the public for their understanding in relation to any inconvenience caused during the search.
