Shaun Brooks of Mochdre has pleaded guilty to harassment and will be sent to crown court for sentence
A man told two women he would “smash their heads with a baseball bat and blow up their house,” a court heard.
Shaun Brooks of Pen y Binc, Mochdre, Colwyn Bay, pleaded guilty to harassing the sister of his ex-partner and a woman living with her at Kinmel Bay after they were threatened with violence.
James Neary, prosecuting, said Brooks, 31, made the threats to the women when he called four times on December 29.
Craig Hutchinson, defending at Llandudno court, claimed it had been an isolated incident and that nothing had happened since.
Brooks, a commercial diver, was genuinely remorseful.
Court chairwoman Grainne McDonagh announced that "given the gravity of the offences" Brooks would be sent to the crown court for sentence.
He is already on a suspended sentence for a drugs charge, the court heard.
He was bailed to Caernarfon crown court but must not contact the two women or enter Cader Avenue, Kinmel Bay.
