Llandudno,North Wales - Police hunt Flint commuter 'who head-butted ticket window after delays'

Man became verbally aggressive with female guard and demanded a refund, British Transport Police say

A man headbutted a ticket window and verbally abused a member of rail staff at Flint station because of train delays.
At roughly 8am on 29 December, a man was travelling on a train from Llandudno and became verbally abusive with a female guard because of delays caused by a broken down train.
The man, who was travelling with a woman and a young child, left the train at Flint station and asked for a refund at the ticket office.

A spokesman for British Transport Police said: "When the member of staff refused, he headbutted the ticket window before leaving.
"Both incidents left the victims fearing for their own safety."
BTP has released an image of a man they want to talk to in relation to the incident
