Fire crews and the ambulance were called to a property near Dyffryn Ardudwy
A car crashed into a house near a Gwynedd village in what is being called a "police incident".
Emergency services were called to the scene on Ffordd Benar on the outskirts Dyffryn Ardudwy at roughly 5pm, including two crews from North Wales Fire and Rescue.
The Welsh Ambulance Service also sent an ambulance and the road was blocked.
A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We were contacted at 5.03pm and sent one ambulance to the scene at Dyffryn Ardudwy.
"We were not required to administer treatment and it is a police incident."
A spokesman for North Wales Fire and Rescue said: "We sent a crew from Barmouth and a crew from Harlech to the scene to reports a man may have been trapped but we were not required.
"We made the vehicle electrically safe and left the scene."
North Wales Police have been approached for comment.
The road had re-opened by 11pm.
