Tracy Delores Phillips was given a life sentence behind bars for killing Natasha Davies in 2015
A grandmother who stabbed a Dolgarrog mum to death has been jailed for life.
Tracy Delores Phillips, 49, was found guilty of murdering Natasha Davies, 35, who grew up in Dolgarrog and had lived in Holyhead.
Ms Davies, who was also known as Natasha Lees and Natasha Hearn, was found with fatal knife wounds in Stadium Street, Chelsea on August 2 2015.
Phillips, a grandmother of six, was arrested in London soon after and charged with murdering the Conwy mum.
She had admitted manslaughter but denied murder.
At the trial Phillips claimed Ms Davies, who was born in Denbighshire , was trying to rob her son.
On Wednesday at Croydon Crown Court a jury found Phillips, from Charlton, South London, guilty of murder.
She was sentenced to life in prison and will serve a minimum of 13 years.
Shortly after Ms Davies' death her mum Tina Parry, who lived in Penmaenmawr, said: "I couldn’t believe it when I heard, I was devastated. She may have been 35 but she was always my little girl."
Natasha's funeral was held in Colwyn Bay .
