A CARMARTHEN man has admitted killing a 47-year-old man in a house in the town.
Errol Richards pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Timothy John at a property in Morgan Street when he appeared at Swansea Crown Court this morning.
A gravely injured Mr John was found at the house on June 27 last year and rushed to hospital, where he died a fortnight later.
Sentencing was adjourned to January 27 for the preparation of reports, and 22-year-old Richards, of Morgan Street, was further remanded into custody until that date.
Judge Keith Thomas told the defendant he wanted more information on him before passing sentence, but he warned him that "a sentence of imprisonment of some form is inevitable".
