Commuters have been evacuated from a train after a fire started on a train at Caerphilly railway station.
A spokesperson for Arriva Trains Wales said: "We can confirm there has been a fire at Caerphilly station. All the passengers have been safely evacuated from the carriage and we are waiting for more information."
The incident has led to delays on services between Heath high Level and Rhymney which are expected until 8pm tonight.

Arriva Trains Wales said "severe disruption" is likely on all Rhymney Valley services and that there would also be some "moderate to serious delays" on all other Valleys line services because of "serious congestion" at Cardiff Central and Cardiff Queen Street stations.
