Rhyl,North Wales - Team of Rhyl snappers will chronicle tale of resort’s revival

Revival!!!! Are these people for real? More like Rhyl's continued destruction!

We have already seen the Grade II Grange Hotel Demolished, The Queens Historic Market Threatened with Demolition, Compulsory purchases of  Family Homes, Hotels, Shops and demolished. The sun centre which blocked the view to the sea is being demolished, but is to be replaced with another Carbuncle, and the former Fun Fair is being turned into another bland ,ugly shopping centre and hotel. No move to restore any of it's few remaining buildings, and the new builds already look dated and need demolishing. The plans for Rhyl are never what it's residents want, but they are the last people who get consulted on it's development, so this article should be about logging Rhyl's decline rather than it's Revival!!!! Luckily some of us have been photographing it's continued decline and destruction over the years, and sadly there is no way back for this once wonderful town.
