Burglars targeted the Chester Street business overnight and police are appealing for witnesses

Thieves smashed their way into an insurance brokers in Flint and ransacked the office in a failed search for cash.
The burglars, who targeted the Chester Street firm overnight, fled empty-handed because no cash is left at the premises.
They smashed the door to gain access to M Georgieff Jones Insurance Services Ltd before damaging one of the filing cabinets in a desperate search for cash.
Director Peter Maynard believes the offenders then smashed the front window in an act of malice.
He told the Daily Post: “The damage was noticed this morning by a woman who works in Tesco across the road.
“We never keep any cash in the office. We were broken into a number of years ago and a tiny bit of cash was taken.
“After that we didn’t want to attract thieves so we don’t leave a penny on the premises. They put the door through to gain access and then they’ve put the windows through with reasonably sized boulders shall we say.
“I think some of it is malicious damage, probably because they couldn’t find any cash. We’re still brushing up at the moment.
“We’ve got guys out assessing the damage while we wait for the insurance, ironically.
“It’s not pleasant but then it’s not your home that’s been broken into. We’ll dust ourselves down and it’s a case of business as usual.”
North Wales Police confirmed that the break-in was reported to them at 7.57am today, adding that an “untidy search” was carried out but nothing was stolen.
If anyone has any information about the break-in they should call 101, quoting reference U056949.
