A VAN was covered in paint stripper, had its tyre slashed and window smashed through in Bangor.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the attacked between 10pm and midnight on Friday, April 22, when it was parked on Ffordd Tan y Bryn.
PC Simon Moodley said: “We believe that the suspects may have been disturbed by a vehicle driving past.
“They left the area, but then returned a few minutes later and continued damaging the van.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the van being damaged or who saw someone acting suspiciously in the area between 10pm and midnight to call Bangor Police Station.”
The offender or offenders damaged the vehicle by slashing one of the rear tyres, the passenger window was smashed and paint stripper was thrown over several panels.
