The 29-year-old man has been charged with one count of breaking and entering

A man has been arrested and charged with breaking and entering in an Anglesey town.
The 29-year-old was found by police in the Amlwch area last night.
He has been charged with one count of breaking and entering this morning and will appear at Caernarfon Magistrates Court on December 30.

In a separate investigation, police are continuing with their enquiries, as shown in the video above, after around 10 households and cars were broken into on a single night over the weekend in Amlwch Port, which is next to the town of Amlwch.
Commenting on the burglaries on Saturday, investigating officer DC Chris Renshaw, of Llangefni CID, said: "Between Saturday night, December 10 and Sunday December 11 thieves broke into a number of houses, garages and vehicles on the Glorian Estate and stole several items."

He added: “If anyone has any information about these burglaries I’d like to hear from them.
"It is also worth reminding all householders to be vigilant at all times and always ensure your property is locked and secured and if they see any suspicious behaviour to let us know immediately.”
Anyone who has any information should contact officers at Llangefni CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
