This is self-proclaimed 'pick-up artist' Roosh V.
He thinks rape can't happen on private property and responds to journalists based on whether he would have sex with them
He is from Washington DC and has recently made headlines after organising International Meet Up Day - a series of meetings around the world "for heterosexual men only".
One of these "tribal" meetings is planned for Cardiff at 8pm this Saturday.
But Roosh V, whose real name is Daryush Valizadeh, has written quite a lot of very unpleasant things online.
He suggests making rape legal on private property.
In a blog post entitled How to Stop Rape, he wrote: "I have the solution: make rape legal if done on private property. I propose that we make the violent taking of a woman not punishable by law when done off public grounds."
He grants interviews to female journalists based on whether he would have sex with them.
He tells men to stop asking for permission.
In a blog called 7 Things You Can Do To Improve Your Game Right Now, he writes: "Can we dance? Can I have your number? Can I kiss you?... [guys] don’t realize how lame it is. Instead of asking, just do it and see what happens."

Valizadeh has written several books including "30 Bangs".
His website, Youtube channel, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts are filed with misogynistic, sexist and overtly offensive posts.
He also runs the blog Return of the Kings, where he says women will be more attracted to a man if he has a criminal record: "Large numbers of women reward hardened and violent male criminals with attention, short-term sex, and long-term relationships". He adds that there are plenty of women willing to "spread their legs."
Another of his posts is titled Hillary Clinton's Socialist Manifesto Shows Why Women Shouldn't Be Involved In Politics.
He also says on his website: "In terms of all the men in the world, I'm in the top 1% of being rejected by the most women. But in terms of how many women I've banged, I'm probably in the top 1% as well."
He says his "ideas and beliefs are based on neomasculinity".
Here are some more of them:
1. Men and women are genetically different, both physically and mentally. Sex roles evolved in all mammals. Humans are not exempt.
2. Men will opt out of monogamy and reproduction if there are no incentives to engage in them.
3. A woman's value significantly depends on her fertility and beauty. A man's value significantly depends on his resources, intellect, and character.
4. Elimination of traditional sec roles and the promotion of unlimited mating choice in women unleashed their promiscuity and other negative behaviours that block family formation.
He also loves to pose with money and boast of his wealth.
Valizadeh claims to always carry "stacks of cash" and likes to pose in front of cars and random objects holding cash, attempting to show that money isn't an issue for him.
In response to anger at his proposed appearance in Australia, he tweeted this.
The Cardiff meeting
The Cardiff meeting is planned for "beside female statue in front of Hilton Cardiff on Friary Road".
The website says to identify "your fellow tribesmen", men should ask: “Do you know where I can find a pet shop?”
There are a series of FAQs about the meeting. One is: What if crazy feminists show up?
The answer is: "Record them with your camera, upload the footage to Dropbox, and then send it to me at roosh@rooshv.com afterwards so we can tear them up."
