Neath,South Wales - The 40 places where violent and sexual crime took place most recently in Neath centre

We have created a map showing the locations of violent and sex crime in Neath.

THERE were 40 incidents of violent crime and sexual offences in the central Neath area in January alone, figures have shown.
The figures are from the Police.UK website and are for Neath East, North and South.
And January was not unique for its level of offending.
In that month, Neath East saw 20 incidences of violent and/or sexual offending, Neath North saw 15 and Neath South saw 5.
A month earlier in December this was the picture:

And in January 2015:

Neath South - 7
The Police.uk website pulls in data for various crime types, from burglary to possession of weapons.
People can search for their street or postcode and look at what crimes have taken place there for any given month.
Figures date back to 2010.
Below, we have looked at all the locations of all incidents of violence or sexual offences for January this year, the latest month for which figures are available.
