It tells you the zero and one hygiene rated premises in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, according to the Food Standards Agency website on September 3, 2016.
All food outlets are rated from 0-5 by the agency.
Criteria range from how food is prepared, cooked and stored, to how food safety within the business is managed.
What the categories mean:
Zero means 'urgent improvement is necessary'.
One means 'major improvement is necessary'.
How it works:
The premises is named - along with its address and the date it was inspected.
Some of the premises below may now have a new rating but the FSA does not change the listing until after an appeal period has expired.
