Teachers posed for X-rated pictures and took part in “wild” booze-fuelled parties while on team-building school trips to Butlins, a tribunal has heard.
Teaching assistants flashed their breasts as governor Rob Dickinson, 40, took photos on a classroom camera, the hearing was told.
The activities were revealed as Mr Dickinson, who is in a gay marriage, took the school and council to an employment tribunal.
He claimed he was the victim of sexual discrimination, victimisation and harassment after being suspended.
The tribunal panel dismissed all but three of the teacher’s 47 complaints.
They found he was the victim of sexual discrimination and harassment after being referred to as a “typical camp gay” by a teaching assistant.
They also found he was sexually discriminated against by the school’s headteacher after she told a meeting he was in a civil partnership.
And they found Dickinson was also sexually discriminated against after investigators asked questions about his sexuality.
The tribunal heard some of the women played ‘truth or dare’ and ‘twister’ games in which they stripped to their underwear and swapped each others clothes.
The X-rated goings-on at Butlins and private homes in the south west of England took place up to three times a year, The Mirror reported .
Mr Dickinson, a Year 2 teacher at Maes Ebbw Special Needs school in Newport, organised the ‘team-building’ trips.
He used a camera belonging to an after-school club which he ran and failed to delete them off the device.
The teacher was suspended when an RE teacher saw the images and the school’s headmistress was notified.
Details of the trips were included in evidence presented to the hearing in Cardiff last week.
More than 1,200 snaps were found on the Panasonic camera by investigators - with many of them deemed to be “inappropriate”.
Several of the snaps - dating back to 2009 - show the group simulating sex acts and cross-dressing.
Others were even photographed sitting on the toilet and standing naked in the shower.
Some of the women, who are all from South Wales, said their husbands had no idea what happened on the weekends.
Teaching assistant Rachel Marson sobbed as she told the panel about attending one of the weekends away in 2014.
She said: “The things that were going on there were not nice. I would describe it as wild.
“I heard things about the weekends but didn’t expect people to be dancing on the tables without many clothes on.
“I knew there was going to be drinking and games, but nothing like what actually happened. I would never have gone if I’d known.
“I just went for a weekend away to relax because I’m a single parent with two children. I didn’t expect to see what I saw.”
Independent investigators said the snaps showed teachers “in a state of partial or total undress, simulating sexual activities”.
They added: “Some of the images were explicit in nature and showed complete nudity, simulated masturbation and touching.”
Nine female teaching assistants appeared in the photos - including four who were married.
More than 120 children aged between three and 19 with special needs attend Maes Ebbw school.
Dickinson is teaching at the school again after having his suspension lifted and taking time off on sick leave.
