TWO men have attacked a father and daughter in their home in Kinmel Bay.
A 50-year-old man and his 19-year-old daughter were at the property at Rhys Avenue, Kinmel Bay when two men entered the house and tied up the occupants just before 11pm on Monday night (August 29).
DS Mark Doyle at St Asaph CID said: “Two men entered the house and tied up the occupants. The father was then assaulted and the offenders left with money and phones.
“We believe the two men left the area in a silver/grey coloured estate type vehicle, possibly an Audi or a BMW, which is said to have blacked out windows.”
One of the men is described as being in his early 20s of medium build. He had dark brown hair and was clean shaven. He waswearing a black Adidas hoody, grey/black tracksuit bottoms and black gloves. He was wearing tan coloured women’s tights over his head at the time of the incident.
The second man is described as being white, in his early 20s, around 5’6” to 5’7” tall. He was wearing a grey Adidas hooded top with blue stripes on the sleeves, dark grey shiny tracksuit trousers and dark grey Nike trainers with blue stripes. At the time of incident he was wearing a black balaclava.
DS Doyle added:; “If you were in the area at the time, know anything about this or recognise the description please contact North Wales Police and help us identify those responsible.”
North Wales Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed events to contact them quoting reference RC16131150 at St Asaph CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
