A man has been stabbed in Bangor.
Residents have told how police swarmed on Orme Road at 9pm yesterday following the attack.
The 26-year-old victim was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of wounding and he remains in police custody.
The Daily Post understands that police remain on the scene today.
A North Wales Police spokeswoman said: “Shortly before 9pm North Wales Police were called to a report that a man had been stabbed at an address on Orme Road in Bangor. “Officers attended and a 26-year-old man was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor with non-life threatening injuries.
“A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding and he remains in police custody. Police enquiries are ongoing.”
