Wayne Daniel Evans, 26, admitted stealing £430 from victim Lisa Parry in September 27 robbery

A man has admitted that he robbed a North Wales store at knife-point.

Defendant Wayne Daniel Evans, 26, appeared at Mold Crown Court today (FRI) via a live television link from Altcourse Prison in Liverpool.

He pleaded guilty to robbing Lisa Parry of £430 in cash at the Co-op in Rhyl , on September 27, together with possessing a knife as an offensive weapon at the same time.

Davies, of Bath Street, Rhyl, also admitted criminal damage to a police laptop computer atSt Asaph custody unit.

Defending barrister Anna Price said that her client was anxious to be sentenced immediately.
