A man is accused of growing up to £27,000 worth of cannabis at a property in Wrexham .
Ashley David Whitefoot, 26, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court today faced with two charges.
The first relates to the production of 33 cannabis plants at a property in Gibson Street on July 3.
The second charge is possession of 318g of cannabis with intent to supply, at the same property on the same date.
Whitefoot, of West Circle, Wrexham, offered no plea at this stage to either charge.
Rob Blakemore, prosecuting, said the plants were discovered at the defendant’s property and had a value of between £7,000 and £27,000.
He added that the “usual paraphernalia” was also found.
