A former bus company employee admitted false accounting involving bogus invoice claims to Gwynedd council.
It follows a probe into Padarn Buses at Llanberis and an alleged £800,000 fraud.
Darren Price, 45, of Minffordd Estate, Llanrug, Caernarfon, was bailed for a pre-sentence report. Recorder Duncan Bould told him at Caernarfon crown court: ”You will be entitled to credit in respect of the guilty plea you have entered.”
Fraud and false accounting allegations denied by Anne Price, 29, of High Street, Llanberis, are to lie on file at the request of the prosecution.
Prosecutor Jayne La Grua told the judge :”The issue would have been the extent of her knowledge.”
A second man is due to stand trial in connection with an alleged fiddle involving hundreds of thousands of pounds.
