The A55 was shut for more than an hour last night after police pursued a suspected stolen car.
The westbound carriageway of the road, near Gaerwen, Anglesey was closed from around 6.30pm after officers pulled over a vehicle and arrested three men.
The driver of the car, a 34-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of driving offences including driving with no insurance and failing to provide a roadside breath test.
He has been bailed pending further enquiries until October 30.
A 20-year-old man and 17-year-old youth, who were passengers in the vehicle, were both arrested on suspicion of taking a motor vehicle without consent.
