Peter Lunn, 39, admitted delaying letters and packages but denied stealing a roll of duct tape

A former postal worker has admitted delaying more than 800 packages and letters over the course of roughly two and a half years.
Peter Lunn, 39, of Lawson Road, Colwyn Bay has pleaded guilty to two charges of delaying the mail while working at the sorting office in Colwyn Bay.
Appearing at Caernarfon Crown Court on Monday morning Lunn also denied a third charge of stealing a roll of duct tape.
Recorder Duncan Bould heard Lunn was charged with delaying 750 items such as packages and letters from August 19 2012 to January 1 2015 and a separate similar charge relating to 56 postal packages from January 1 to March 31 of this year.
