A man is being quizzed by detectives after another was stabbed in the neck.
The attack took place in Talysarn, near Caernarfon on Tuesday night at a bungalow on the Bro Silyn estate.
A man in his 60s was taken to hospital with stab wounds to his neck which were described by police as “serious but non-life threatening”.
He has now been discharged.
A 59-year-old man was arrested shortly afterwards and remains in police custody.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: "Anyone with information relating to the incident which happened just after 9.30pm yesterday, Tuesday October 6, is urged to call Caernarfon CID on 101, quoting reference S153536.”
