Mark Parry, 36, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of arson relating to the Three Crowns pub in Bangor on March 30 last year

The trial of the man accused of setting fire to the Three Crowns pub in Bangor is set to start this morning.
Mark Parry, 36, of Glanffynnon, Llanrug , has pleaded not guilty to four counts of arson with intent to endanger life and four counts of committing arson and being reckless as to whether life was endangered.
He is accused of torching the Three Crowns Public house in Bangor early on March 30 last year. Record Duncan Bould is scheduled to hear the trial, which is expected to last three days.
In May Mr Parry received an apology from a judge for delays to the start of the trial. Firefighters from Bangor , Llanfairfechan and Beaumaris spent several hours tackling the blaze.
Paramedics took six people to hospital. Jason Robertshaw, 29, jumped from a second floor window and suffered serious injuries.
