A man has appeared in court and admitted indecent exposure and attempted sexual touching of a girl.
The 26-year-old from Colwyn Bay was arrested following the incident at Gadlas Road area of Llysfaen on Tuesday.
Caernarfon Magistrates' Court heard he exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl and attempted to touch a 14-year-old.
He was remanded in custody and will appear the town's crown court later this month.
