Barmouth ,Gwynedd,North Wales - Man flown to Stoke hospital with serious injuries after Barmouth incident

North Wales Police were called to the Jubilee Road area of the town following the incident early this morning

A man has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following an incident in Gwynedd.

Two air ambulances and an emergency ambulances were on the scene at Jubilee Road in Barmouth at 8.52am this morning, after being called by North Wales Police.

The man in his 50s has been flown to the Royal Stoke University Hospital trauma unit with serious injuries.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called by North Wales Police this morning at 8.52am to the Jubilee Road area of Barmouth.

“We deployed an emergency ambulance and two air ambulances to the scene.
