A man has admitted the murder of a 65-year-old woman whose body was found at her apartment in Cardiff Bay.

Kris Wade pleaded guilty to the murder of Christine James , who was found dead in her fourth-floor flat at Dubrovnik House in Century Wharf around 2.15pm on March 2.
Officers were alerted to the incident when Ms James – the mother-in-law of former Wales rugby captain Jonathan Humphreys – failed to arrive at Gatwick Airport for a flight to Florida.
He spoke only to enter his guilty plea
Wade, 36, from Hansen Court, was arrested on March 7 and appeared at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on March 10.
The defendant appeared before Judge Eleri Rees at Cardiff Crown Court on Monday via video link from HMP Longlartin.
Wade, dressed in a red shirt, spoke only to enter his guilty plea.
The incident occurred between February 25 and March 3.
He was remanded in custody until his next hearing on September 14.
