Port Talbot,South Wales - Police appeal for witnesses after woman assaulted with glass outside kickboxing event in Port Talbot

POLICE are appealing for information after a woman was assaulted with a glass outside a Port Talbot hotel - an attack police believe may have witnessed by dozens of people.
The incident happened outside the seafront Aberavon Beach Hotel on the evening of October 1, while a kickboxing event was being held at the venue.
Detectives say an arrest has been made in relation to the assault, now they are appealing for potential witnesses to come forward - especially anyone who has video footage.
South Wales Police detective constable Robert Green said it was thought as many as 60 people were been in the area at the time - around 8.45pm - and may have seen what happened.
He said: "There are no suspects outstanding, but we would like to appeal to any witnesses to come forward, especially if any have photographs or video footage.
"If you were at the kickboxing event, or have information please contact police."
